Precision CNC milling and Assembly

Breakout Manufacturing is an owner-operated machine shop serving aerospace, defense and industrial customers with prototype and small-batch machined components and assemblies.

One machinist owns every job from quote to inspection. You talk to the person who programs, runs and measures your parts.

Industries served

Parts shipped in 2025 and 2026 have gone to engineering and production teams in these sectors.

Space launch and spacecraftLaunch vehicles, satellite buses and payloads, lunar landers.
Defense and aerospacePrime contractors and their tier suppliers: RF and telemetry, imaging, avionics, mission systems.
Semiconductor and photonics equipmentLithography, laser and microdisplay manufacturers; electronic test and measurement.
Medical devicesImplantable and diagnostic device makers and their contract manufacturers.
National laboratories and researchDOE and NASA facilities, university applied-research labs.
Industrial and compositesComposite tooling, shock and vibration isolation, engineering services firms.

Built for defense and aerospace supply chains

Breakout Manufacturing was formed in 2025 to do contract machining the way a prime contractor's quality department expects it to be done: registered, documented and traceable. The shop is registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls as an ITAR manufacturer, certified under the Joint Certification Program to receive DoD export-controlled technical data, and self-assessed at CMMC Level 2.

Every job carries a traveler, material certifications with heat-lot traceability, and an inspection record. First-article inspection (FAI) reports and formal inspection reports are available.
